In the evening, the Governor hosted the Governor of Victoria Startup Awards.

The Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, provided Royal Assent before presiding at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Later, the Governor received the farewell call of Hanna Pappalardo, Consul-General of Italy in Melbourne.

The Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, returned to Victoria, concluding her official visit to the United States of America. 

While on an official visit to the United States of America, the Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, met with Congressman Joe Courtney at the Capitol Building.

Later, the Governor met with representatives from and toured the National Gallery of Art.

In Victoria, the Lieutenant-Governor, Professor James Angus AO, representing the Governor, hosted the Royal Humane Society Bravery Awards.

Later, the Lieutenant-Governor, representing the Governor, hosted the Prince of Wales Awards 40th Anniversary.

While on an official visit to the United States of America, the Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, met with representatives from Lockheed Martin and toured the Lockheed Martin Global Vision Center.

In the afternoon, the Governor met with Aruna Miller, Lieutenant-Governor of Maryland.

In the evening, the Governor attended a dinner hosted by Australia's Ambassador to the USA, The Hon Dr Kevin Rudd AC, and Ms Therese Rein at the Ambassador's Residence, Washington DC.

In Victoria, Lieutenant Natasha Ellis represented the Governor at the State Funeral Service for Aunty Fay Carter OAM.
