Find out how you can watch the ceremony on Australia Day
On Friday 26 January, the Official Australia Day Flag Raising Ceremony will take place at Government House, hosted by the Governor of Victoria.
The ceremony features an inspection of the Australian Defence Force Tri-Service Royal Guard of Honour, the Australia Day Affirmation, and the singing of the Australian National Anthem.
This annual event is hosted by the Governor of Victoria and other dignitaries. Victorians who work with children have also been invited to the ceremony to acknowledge the important work they lead to shape the lives of children in Victoria.
Members of the public are invited to watch the ceremony via the livestream, which will commence at 9:30am AEDT via the Australia Day Flag Raising webpage.
Following the ceremony, Government House will open its gates from 10:30am for our annual Open Day.
