The Governor of Victoria, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, invites you to attend the Governor's Performance Series.
Taking place in the Ballroom at Government House, these free performances an opportunity to experience the spectacular architecture of this historic building. At 42 meters long, the Ballroom is a fine example of 19th century design and craftmanship.
The Governor's Performance Series recommenced in November 2023 featuring the jazz trio ‘Torrio!’ – a collaboration between Paul Grabowsky (piano), Mirko Guerrini (saxes) and Niko Schauble (drums), accompanied by singer and songwriter Ilaria Crociani.
In February 2024 the Governor hosted the second iteration of the Governor's Performance Series, featuring Opera Australia.
