On an official visit to Israel, the Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC visited Yad Vashem, The World Holocaust Remembrance Centre, before laying a wreath at the Jerusalem War Memorial on behalf of the people of Victoria.
They visited Mount Scopus and then toured the Old City of Jerusalem, before visiting the Western Wall.
