The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC received Mr David Briskin, Chair and Mr Graeme Lewsey, CEO of VAMFF.

The Governor received Mr Pierluigi Trombetta, Consul-General of Italy and then Ms Joanna Pisani, Consul-General of Malta, followed by Ms Jenny Bloomfield, Director DFAT (Victoria).

The Governor and Mr Anthony Howard QC then met with students for the Government House Scarecrow Program.

They later hosted the 2017 Multicultural Awards.

Mr Howard led a tour for students from the VicHealth camp out.

The Governor and Mr Howard, in partnership with VicHealth, Parks Victoria and YMCA Victoria, hosted a Camp Out for 60 children at Government House. Mr Howard led a tour of Government House for the Collins Street Dons.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC attended a meeting in Sydney of Australian Vice Regal representatives, hosted by HE the Governor of New South Wales.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria and Mr Anthony Howard QC, hosted the Order of Australia Bravery Awards.

They received HE Mr Y. Kristiarto S. Legowo, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia, and Mrs Caecilia Legowo, before hosting a reception for the Australia Awards' Victoria-Indonesia Program, and a dinner in their honour.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard QC, delivered the Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation Inspiring Philanthropy Oration.

The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, received buglers from Menin Gate, Ypres, Belgium, before opening exhibitions by four female Australian artists at the Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia.

The Governor and Mr Anthony Howard QC then hosted the Royal Humane Society Bravery Awards.

The Governor received the call of HE Mr Par Ahlberger, Ambassador of Sweden, before, with Mr Howard, hosting a reception for the Centenary of Maternal and Child Health Nurses Victoria.

The Governor met with Ken Gordon, DFAT Deputy Consul-General, Hong Kong, before departing for Melbourne.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria, attended a dinner with Hong Kong-Victoria alumni, and met with Edmund Lee, CEO, Hong Kong Design Centre.

The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, attended a reception for the 9th World Chinese Economic Summit 2017 followed by dinner hosted by the Mrs Hon Carrie Lam GBM, GBS, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard QC, attended the Remembrance Day Service at the Shrine of Remembrance. The Governor then departed on an Official Visit to Hong Kong.
