The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, attended the Sri Lankan Remembrance Service at St Paul’s Cathedral.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, signed the condolence book for the victims of the Sri Lankan terror attack while visiting the Sri Lankan Consulate.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, accompanied by Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, participated in the ANZAC Day Dawn Service at the Shrine of Remembrance. They then hosted an ANZAC Day Breakfast. The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, participated in the ANZAC Day March and Commemoration Service at the Shrine of Remembrance, before attending the ANZAC Day AFL Match.
The Lieutenant-Governor, Mr Ken Lay AO, APM, presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.
The Lieutenant-Governor then attended the Returned and Services League of Australia (Victorian Branch) reception to mark the 104th Anniversary of ANZAC Day at ANZAC House.

The Governor then presided at a meeting of the Executive Council before hosting the 2019 BioMelbourne Network Women in Leadership Awards.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC hosted a lunch for supporters of the Food and Wine Festival.
The Governor received HE Mr Arthur B. Culvahouse Jr., Ambassador of the United States of America, then, together with Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, hosted a dinner in honour of the Ambassador.
The Governor, the Hon. Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC hosted the third of three 2019 Australia Day Honours and Awards Investiture Ceremonies.
The Governor and Mr Howard then attended the Melbourne Football Club Chairman’s Function.
