They received His Excellency Mr Lars Backström, Ambassador of Finland, and Mrs Brigitta Backström, before hosting a reception in honour of Finland's 100 Years of Independence.
The Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard, then spoke at the Consular Corps annual dinner.

Then the Governor, accompanied by Mr Howard opened Craft Victoria's new premises.
