The Governor and Mr Anthony Howard QC laid flowers at the Memorial for victims of the Bourke Street tragedy and signed the condolence book.  Later, the Governor spoke at the Vigil at Federation Square.  In the evening, The Governor and Mr Howard hosted the Australia Day Reception

The Governor and Mr Anthony Howard QC hosted a reception for the 10th Anniversary of the Red Dust Role Models, and later, received a delegation from Hainan Airlines Group.
