The Governor and Judge Howard departed Beijing for Nanjing. In the evening, they met with the Party-Secretary of Jiangsu before attending a dinner hosted by the Governor of Jiangsu Province.
The Governor and Judge Howard continued their official visit to China. The Governor and Judge Howard departed Hong Kong for their official visit to China. The Governor and Judge Howard visited the Red Sandalwood Museum, Beijing.
The Governor and Judge Howard continued their official visit to Hong Kong and met with Mr Terence Yap, Swinburne Alumni, Hong Kong Institute of Directors Fellow and CEO Guardforce Group.

The Governor and Judge Howard then hosted a luncheon with AustCham and Victorians living in Hong Kong. In the evening, the Governor and Judge Howard hosted a dinner for representatives of Hong Kong Business of Design Week.
The Governor, accompanied by Judge Howard, departed on an official visit to Hong Kong and China.
Judge Anthony Howard attended and spoke at the O'Brien Foundation Hummingbirds Luncheon. In the evening, the Governor, accompanied by Judge Howard, attended and gave the keynote address at the Norm Smith Oration Dinner at Melbourne Cricket Club.

The Governor received the call of Dr Peter Rogers, current President; and Mr Quin Scalzo, incoming President of the Rotary Club of Melbourne. In the evening, the Governor spoke at the United Nations Association of Australia (Victoria) World Environment Day Awards.
The Governor delivered the keynote address at the University of Melbourne Women Leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics STEM Breakfast.
